Experience
Aislinn McGuire joined KM&M as an associate in May 2005. Her practice focuses on representing employers in employment litigation and labor relations proceedings, including administrative hearings, arbitrations and collective bargaining negotiations. In addition, Aislinn provides ongoing employment law advice on a variety of issues including discrimination claims, leave laws, layoffs, and employment policies. She also counsels clients on labor management matters including progressive discipline policies, site safety and training policies and compliance, and prevailing wage laws.
Prior to joining KM&M, Aislinn completed a clerkship with the Massachusetts Superior Court and served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Appellate and Trial Divisions of the Middlesex District Attorney's office in Massachusetts. As an ADA, Aislinn appeared on behalf of the State in trials, motion hearings, and plea negotiations and argued before the Massachusetts Court of Appeals. She also has worked for the American Arbitration Association, the National Labor Relations Board and as a summer associate in the Labor and Employment Law Department of Epstein, Becker & Green.
Aislinn attended Wesleyan University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1991. Aislinn received her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2001 where she was a senior editor of the Third World Law Journal and a member of the Mock Trial Team.
Aislinn is admitted to practice before state and federal courts in Massachusetts and New York.
