Tazamisha H. Imara is a graduate of Harvard College and the law school of the University of California at Berkeley, and she also holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard. She has litigated a broad range of labor and employment matters on behalf of management clients, including claims of harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination. She also has extensive experience in wage and hour class action litigation. Tazamisha advises employers on compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act. Tazamisha became an associate in KM&M’s
Los Angeles office in 2007.
