Overview

Marjorie Kulak joined KM&M as an associate in January 2008. She became Senior Counsel in 2013 and a Member in 2021. Marjorie represents employers in a variety of employment matters, including litigating claims of discrimination and harassment, conducting training regarding the prevention of harassment and discrimination in the workplace, counseling employers on various personnel issues, and drafting and negotiating employment agreements and separation agreements.

Prior to joining KM&M, Marjorie was an associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP and Chadbourne & Parke LLP.

Marjorie graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration in 1999 with distinction, where she was selected as a Merrill Presidential Scholar and served for two years on the Board of Directors of Hotel Ezra Cornell. Marjorie earned her law degree from Emory University School of Law in 2002 with honors, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and competed in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
