Daniel Kirschbaum represents employers in state and federal court litigation, in arbitration, and before administrative agencies that include the NLRB and New York State Department of Labor.

Prior to joining KM&M, Daniel spent five years as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey, where he represented numerous federal agencies in employment and tort matters. Before joining the U.S. Attorney's Office, Daniel was an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, where handled commercial litigation matters as well as a series of pro bono cases involving wage and hour, defamation, First Amendment, trademark infringement, discrimination, and retaliation issues.

Daniel earned his B.A. from Brandeis University, where he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Following college, Daniel served as a medic in the Israeli Defense Force. Daniel earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was Senior Articles Editor of the Stanford Journal of International Law. Following law school, Daniel was a law clerk for the Honorable Walter L. Carpeneti of the Alaska Supreme Court, and then was a law clerk for the Honorable Denis R. Hurley, a United States District Judge in the Eastern District of New York.
