Dennis Lalli Presents at Personnel Law Update Seminar September 10, 2002On September 9, 2002, Dennis Lalli was a panelist at a seminar entitled, "Complying with the Overlapping FMLA, ADA, Pregnancy, Workers' Comp and State Leave Laws." The presentation provided practical guidance for human resources professionals on how to navigate the several state and federal laws that govern employee rights to take leaves of absence for health-related reasons. This was the kick-off address at a two-day Personnel Law Update held in New York City under the sponsorship of the Council on Education in Management.
