Dennis Lalli Serves as State Bar Panelist on Disability Discrimination Litigation October 8, 2002On October 5, 2002, Dennis A. Lalli served as a panelist for a workshop entitled "Litigating Employment Disability Discrimination Claims Without the ADA: What the State and Local Laws Do that Federal Law Doesn't." The workshop, which was presented in Ithaca, New York as part of the Fall Meeting of the New York State Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section, highlighted the differences among the Americans With Disabilities Act and state and local disability discrimination laws, and addressed the tactical considerations faced by practitioners and employers in litigating claims under these various statutes.
