On February 28, 2003, Charles Thompson presented a one-day workshop entitled "Best Practices in FMLA Administration 2003." The workshop provided practice guidance to employers on how to comply with federal and state leave of absence requirements under the Family Medical Leave Act, the California Family Rights Act, and California Pregnancy Disability Leave. The seminar took place in Pleasanton, California, and was sponsored by the Council on Education in Management (www.counciloned.com).
