KM&M to Host Breakfast Briefing on California Paid Family Leave Law

On May 21, 2003, KM&M will host a breakfast briefing on "Preparing for California's New Paid Family Temporary Disability Insurance: What You Need to Know Now." The topics to be discussed will include:

• What employers are covered

• Which employees are eligible

• Qualifying leaves

• Integration with Workers' Compensation benefits

• Integration with CFRA/FMLA

• Employer policies
