KMM to Sponsor HR & the Law Conference

On March 31 - April 2, 2004, KM&M will be one of the primary sponsors of the second annual "HR and the Law" forum, presented by the Council on Education in Management in San Diego, California. This conference is directed to both human resources professionals and in-house legal staffs, and will provide practical advice and solutions with respect to a whole host of employment problems. Charles Thompson will be a featured speaker and will give presentations on "Managing the Aging Workforce" and "Untangling the Overlap of CFRA/FMLA, FEHA/ADA, PDA and Workers' Compensation."
