Dennis Lalli to Speak at Management Employment Lawyers' Conference

On January 31, 2004, Dennis Lalli will join a panel making a presentation at the New York Management Attorneys' Conference on the impact that Costa v. Desert Palace, a recent decision of the United States Supreme Court, is likely to have on employment discrimination litigation.
