Charles Thompson and Jeff Polsky led an online seminar on January 6, 2005 for the Council on Education in Management. The "webinar," entitled: "Clarifying FMLA Legalese and Auditing Your Policies for Compliance," provided practical advice to human resources executives concerning the interplay between the Family Medical Leave and Americans With Disabilities Acts.
