Ken Margolis Addresses Law Students on Negotiations Skills

On April 5, 2005, Ken Margolis was a guest lecturer in the Cardozo Law School Negotiations Skills course taught by Prof. Michael Lang. Together with union lawyer Thomas M. Kennedy of Kennedy, Schwartz & Cure, P.C., Ken discussed the dynamics of the collective bargaining process and how the process differs from other types of negotiations.
