Dennis Lalli Moderates Panel on Caregiving Responsibilities

On August 28, 2007, Dennis Lalli moderated and participated in a panel discussion sponsored by the Practising Law Institute entitled, “Caregiving Responsibilities: A New Focus on Workplace Rights and Obligations.” The panel consisted of an attorney for the EEOC and a private practitioner who represents individuals and unions. Dennis presented the management perspective on the emerging theory of family rights discrimination as that theory has been framed by the EEOC’s newly-issued “Enforcement Guidance: Unlawful Disparate Treatment of Workers with Caregiving Responsibilities.”
