USCIS Cancels All In-Person Interviews

The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is canceling all in-person interviews, including asylum, naturalization, and green card interviews, as part of the effort to combat COVID-19. All face-to-face services will be suspended beginning Wednesday, March 18 and lasting until at least April 1. USCIS will continue to process applications that do not require face-to-face interaction.

Applicants with scheduled interviews or naturalization ceremonies will receive cancellation notices and will be rescheduled when normal operations resume.

If you have an upcoming interview or appointment at USCIS, please contact your attorney for more information.
