Erica E. Frank
Erica Frank has experience representing employers as well as high-level executives in connection with a wide variety of issues including employment litigation and counseling, employment agreements, separation agreements, employee handbooks and policies, executive compensation, and employee benefit matters.
Prior to joining KM&M, Erica was an associate in the Employment and Employee Benefits Department at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.
Erica earned a B.A. in Government from Cornell University’s College of Arts and Sciences, where she was Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2007 where she was an Executive Editor for the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy.
