William E. Blashka
William Blashka joined KM&M as an associate in February 2015. His practice focuses on representing employers in a wide range of labor and employment law matters, including employment litigation, discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, and unfair labor practice charges, as well as providing advice and counsel on other related issues, such as employee policies and procedures.
Prior to joining KM&M, William was Assistant General Counsel at the City of New York Office of Labor Relations where he represented the City and its constituent agencies in various labor relations matters, including arbitrations, unfair labor practice proceedings, and collective bargaining negotiations.
William attended Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2008. While an undergraduate, William was a Hansard Scholar at the London School of Economics. William earned his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2011, where he was an Associate Editor of the Washington University Global Studies Law Review.
