Courtney L. Allen
Courtney Allen joined KM&M as an associate in 2021. She has broad labor and employment experience in connection with collective bargaining, traditional labor arbitrations and grievances, unfair labor practice charges, and National Labor Relations Board petitions and elections. She also advises clients on employment matters such as discrimination and harassment claims.
Prior to joining KM&M, Courtney was an associate at Levy Ratner, P.C., representing Unions and Taft Hartley funds. This work provided her with unique insight into the many legal, practical, and strategic interests at play in union-related matters.
Courtney graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development. She received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, where she was chair of the Northeastern Employment and Labor Law Association.
