Polish Nationals Now Eligible for Visa Waiver Program

As of November 11, 2019, Polish nationals are eligible to participate in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). The VWP allows nationals of participating countries to enter the United States as nonimmigrants for business or pleasure for a period of up to 90 days without obtaining a visa. Travelers under the VWP must register with the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) via an online application, which is generally processed within 24 to 72 hours. Once an individual has obtained ESTA authorization, he or she may enter the United States without a visa, provided they are otherwise admissible.
