NYC Posts Guidance Regarding Upcoming Salary Transparency Requirements For Job Advertisements
New York City recently released guidance concerning its new requirement that New York City employers with four or more employees (or one or more domestic workers) include a good faith salary range for every advertised job. The guidance is available here, and the law will go into effect May 15, 2022.
