Presidential Proclamation Restricting Immigration Rumored to be Imminent

Immigration policy experts expect that a new Presidential Proclamation, aimed at further restricting the entry of nonimmigrants into the United States, will be issued imminently. Although we do not yet have the precise details as to who will be affected, recent Proclamations have primarily targeted individuals who are outside the United States.

 As a result, we are urging employers to review the status of their nonimmigrant employees who are now outside the US and to contact us immediately to discuss their options.
