Second H-1B Lottery Is Now Complete

The United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) completed the second round of selections for the Fiscal Year 2024 H-1B lottery on Monday, July 31. All selected registrants have now been notified of their selection via their employer’s myUSCIS account. New selectees will be provided a period of at least 90 days to file their H-1B petitions.
