Overview

Joe joined KM&M in September 2024. Joe represents employers in all facets of labor relations, including collective bargaining, contract interpretation and application, arbitrations, and in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. Joe also counsels employers on day-to-day labor and employee relations advice.

Prior to joining KM&M, Joe was a Field Attorney for the National Labor Relations Board in the New York Regional office. There he investigated, litigated, and negotiated settlements of unfair labor practices, developed and implemented case strategies to ensure consistency with NLRB litigation policies and judicial precedents, and served as an acting supervisory attorney.

Joe received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. from City University of New York, Brooklyn College.
