Overview

Ken Margolis has practiced exclusively in the field of labor and employment law for over 40 years. His practice currently focuses on the defense of employment discrimination claims in state and federal courts, and the representation of employers in collective bargaining, arbitrations, and National Labor Relations Board proceedings.

A native of Ohio, Ken attended Yale University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in 1977, with Distinction in the major of French literature. He graduated from the New York University School of Law in 1980, where he served as Chairman of the Moot Court Board.

From 1980 to 1982, Ken was with the firm of Rains and Pogrebin and, from 1982 to 1985, with the firm of Finley, Kumble, Wagner, Heine, Underberg, Manley, Myerson & Casey. Ken joined KM&M in 1985 and was a partner from 1988 through 2018.
