Overview

Kevin brings more than two decades of expertise in labor relations and business and legal affairs within the entertainment and media sector, having served in senior roles at Paramount and The Walt Disney Company. This unique expertise enables him to handle a wide range of client needs, ensuring that every aspect of labor, business, and legal counsel is thoughtfully integrated into his guidance.

Kevin joined KM&M in 2026 as Of Counsel to the firm’s entertainment labor practice, following his tenure as Senior Vice President of Labor Relations at Paramount Media Networks. At Paramount Media Networks, he oversaw labor relations and shaped labor strategy for the division’s exhibition platforms, business units, studio operations, and corporate facilities, including BET, CMT, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, Paramount Network, Showtime, TV Land, and VH1. He has a proven track record of successfully negotiating collective bargaining agreements, resolving union grievances, leading management response to union organizing activities, providing strategic, cross-functional labor counsel, and building strong relationships across the industry.

Kevin’s career as a business and legal affairs executive includes leadership positions at both Paramount and Disney. He has served as Senior Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at Viacom Media Networks and Vice President of Business Affairs at Disney/ABC Television Group. In these roles, he handled business and legal affairs for global entertainment franchises and exhibition platforms.

Kevin’s broad expertise spans animated and live-action content for television, streaming and theatrical exhibition; content licensing and distribution; commercials, endorsements and social media campaigns; consumer products and services; live entertainment including concert tours, theme park attractions and live broadcast events; podcast production; video games; music composition, recording, licensing and distribution; employment of minors in the entertainment industry; and the application of emerging technologies in media including AI.

Kevin earned his J.D. from Cardozo School of Law and holds a B.A. from UCLA.
