Overview

Thomas (T.J.) Guararra joined KM&M as an associate in November 2026. T.J. represents employers in all facets of labor relations, including collective bargaining, arbitrations, contract interpretation, and application.

Before joining KM&M, T.J. was a Health Law Fellow for Catholic Health System of Long Island, where he successfully negotiated collective bargaining agreements and employment litigation settlements and advised and counseled human resources professionals.

T.J. graduated from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 2021 with a B.A. in Communications. He received his J.D. from New England Law | Boston in 2025. He is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts.
