U.S. To End Covid Vaccine Requirement for International Travelers

The Biden Administration has announced that, effective May 11, 2023, international travelers will no longer be required to provide airlines with proof of COVID-19 vaccination before entering the United States. The Department of Homeland Security will also end COVID-19 vaccination requirements for travelers entering the U.S. by land or sea. At this time, applicants for permanent residency (“green card” status) are still required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
