USCIS Extends Deadlines for Responding to Requests for Evidence
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the US Citizenship and Immigration Services announced that it will automatically apply a 60 day extension to respond to deadlines for any Request for Evidence issued between March 1, 2020 and July 1, 2020. The extension also applies to Notices of Intent to Deny, Revoke, Rescind or Terminate; Continuations to Request Evidence; and filing I-290B Appeals or Motions issued during the same period.
