USCIS Issues New I-9 Forms

On January 31, 2020, USCIS issued an updated version of the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, with minor changes to the form and instructions. Employers should begin using the updated form as soon as possible. Beginning on April 30, 2020, employers will only be able to use the new form, which is marked with the 10/21/2019 version date.
