USCIS Raises Premium Processing Fees

The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that it will raise the fees for premium (expedited) processing on February 26, 2024. The stated reason for doing this is to adjust the fees for inflation. Certain premium processing fees will be increased from $1,500 to $1,685, from $1,750 to $1,965 and from $2,500 to $2,805. Most applications for working visas and green cards will be subject to the new $2,805 fee. Filings postmarked on or after February 26, 2024 must include the new fees.
